That means the virus is still a considerable issue in late August. If that's the case, the economy will be screwed far more than it is now, banks will have failed and we will probably be too broke to even attend games. College football will be the least of anyone's concern. We cannot go on with a shut down economy very long without some serious depression era-ish repurcussions.
