lie is that Obama “waited” until millions of people were infected with H1N1 before he declared an “emergency.” That simply isn’t the case.
The O administration started to address H1N1 just as the disease emerged in April 2009. A public health emergency was declared on April 26, 2009, when there were about 20 confirmed cases in the U.S.
