for one minute you can build a functioning hospital in 2 or 3 days to contain a virus like they say happened in China.

If I'm wrong, it wouldn't be the first time. But when it comes to governments anywhere pronouncing doom and gloom on "global" issues, I'm immediately a skeptic.

The impending collapse of Greece a few years ago is a perfect example.
