I mean, shouldn't we be more pro-active in Western port cities like Seattle, Oakland, etc where a lot of the shipping comes from virus destinations?

On the one hand, it seems like overkill. On the other hand, maybe they're just getting out in front of it. Guess it depends on whether you consider it a real threat.
