US intelligence briefer appears to have overstated assessment of 2020 Russian interference

It is difficult to believe that any adult living in the DC area, let alone a government IC employee could be this careless after the three year Russia Collusion Hoax was thoroughly debunked by Nunes and Mueller and their reports confirmed by the Horiwitz IG investigation. And yet, she did it.
