It's OD'ing in a car with an infant in the back seat
It's killing a family because of choosing to drive in an impaired state.
It's robbing someone or a business to get money for drugs.
It's about car jacking someone so you can use the stolen car to rob someone or commit a burglary across town where the "rich people" are.
It's shooting people in turf wars or just for the hell of it.
It's busting through barricades and driving down a closed parade route and placing countless people at risk.
