Who foresaw Kelly Bryant doing a Jekyll & Hyde? Can you name a single person?
Let's go ahead and correct something right now. One of those Kentucky games just seemed literally rigged. Anyhow... Kentucky is not some basketball school anymore. Every year South Carolina has a class that is spectacular by rating service, right? Blows Mizzou's away, right?
So how did South Carolina do against Kentucky, oh offhand, for the past 6 years?
Odom inherited low rated classes from Pinkel. Those are just plain facts. I'll be happy to school you on that at a later time, but it's late.
Odom had one losing season (the initial) & may have had a third winning season but for bowl ban. Was he only supposed to play SEC teams that were ranked? Was he supposed to say, "No, I'm not playing Tennessee until they're ranked. We'll just forfeit the game."
