and can just claim "national interest" and everything is OK. He was clearly stating that if a President is working in the national interest, and it happens to also benefit him in an election, that it's not impeachable b/c it benefits him in an election.

If you think he's wrong, then you would think Obama should have been impeached for his comments to Russia.
