We lack the talent to play "positionless" basketball and constantly chucking threes or creating off the dribble late in shot clock. Like any team with average talent, once in while we play a good defensive game and hit a few shots and win. But there's no margin for error because of the style we play and the amount of talent we have. We have too many guys who "would be good in smaller roles." And that adds up to inconsistency and a .500 record. I don't think this group of players can be "coached up" any more in this system.
