Does each citizen, excuse me i mean resident, of the US get to decided what laws or acts are constitutional and which one they choose to obey?

You decided that Obama's executive orders were unconstitutional.

Everyone chooses which laws they obey. A person who breaks into someone's home chooses not to obey laws on burglary. Next time on a long drive you feel you are about to **** yourself and you go over the speed limit to get to the nearest rest stop faster, you are choosing which law you aren't going to obey.
