with Ole Miss hiring Lane Kiffin. It had to make a splash hire to stay relevant in the state of Mississippi recruiting wise.
The pirate will make recruiting inroads which is the life blood of being able to compete in the brutal SEC west division. I will be especially curious about the make up of the staff as their staff hires give clues to their offensive and defensive philosophies. Also to their ability to recruit. I especially wonder if their staff coaching hires will come at the expense of teams already in the west division or inside the SEC?
