seem to outnumber successful black guys by a considerable margin. Whether that's just a factor of numbers or what, I don't know. But how many really successful black college coaches have there been over the years. I can only think of a few, with John Thompson at Georgetown probably being the best. Then there's Shaka Smart, Mike Anderson, Leonard Hamilton and Lavall Jordan. I have my theory as to why this is the case, but that might open up a whole new can of worms.
