Had dinner at Edgewild in Chesterfield last night. I wasnt impressed with the Edgewild Merlot, thought it was a bit thin. (I do have a bit of a cold which may have contributed) After dinner I had an Edelbrand apple brandy and thought it was an excellent digestif for an unaged spirit. They are a local MO distillery.
