Large scale violence perpetrated by big govts could too.

And while there are people hungry for power (and always will be), if the majority of people wanted peace, liberty, and prosperity, then those power-seekers would be without big govt to serve their power-hungry needs.

It starts with the moral decisions of each individual to reject the status quo of big govt and its big govt ways. And it grows from there.
