Tigrrr seems to be very concerned over children and an age of consent, and differentiating between child and adult; however, he won’t say when a person becomes an adult, but he clearly in his mind recognizes some demarcation point.

Yet he has repeatedly supported children being tried as adults, and has even expressed his desires to see some children tried as adults
