I don't believe in a magic age. But why change existing law based on what one thinks about an 18 year olds ability to make decisions for only specific decisions. They can make the decision to kill a human life in war, but not if they want to smoke a cigarette? It has no logical basis at all. At least they could tie alcohol to liver development. This law is just pure idiocy at its very foundation
