He's a good coach. He comes from the Dave Redding tree, few articles online where Redding picked him as his replacement, when Redding retired from the Packers. Redding was your strength coach under Warren Powers. Then worked for Schottenheimer at Cleveland and KC and came from Epley at Nebraska.

Redding also brought Russ Ball in to be S&C coach at Missouri when he left for the pro's. Ball is now the VP of the Packers or something, some executive role anyway.

Point is, Woodfin is a good coach and you could have done a lot worse.
