times of 10.70 Elijah Young & 10.72 Anthony Watkins are virtually the same.

Oddly the smallish Young has a notably faster 200m of 21.61 versus Watkins' 22.11. But the accuracy of those times is questionable. For example, Elijay Young ran a 10.92 100m (-1.4 head wind) in state championships last May.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
