Flynn's motion to compel surrender of Brady material to the defense. His reasoning is not only unclear, it is illogical. Sullivan appears to be pressuring Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea, while taking a shot at his attorney for failing to cite case precedent in the manner preferred by the D.C. district. She properly quoted, including footnotes, but not like Judge Sullivan preferred.
