I think he did a good job. He revealed a lot of bad behavior

His statements were careful and accurate in the hearing, and while he did not ascribe bias to the onset of the investigation, he did not rule out bias later in the process, and he did acknowledge how bad it looked. I just think that he is a bean-counter type who doesn't draw many conclusions that are not backed by testimony or documents. I have no doubt that his efforts have benefited Barr and Durham, and they have allowed the public to see what actually happened and draw their own conclusions.
He isn't the one to charge anyone anyway.
