And facilities. Football culture at Ole Miss is also far superior, as in Oxford, to borrow a line from the SEC ad campaign, it just means more in Oxford.
However, I would agree that right now Mizzou is a better job, because of expectations and being in the SEC East. Ole Miss fans will honestly expect that Kiffin get them to Atlanta in his first year. At Mizzou Kiffin will be given time to actually build something. He will be out the door in three years at Ole Miss.
