If they don't have a quorum, hell yes, they can do what they want. My guess is that three of them in particular- Sunvold, Phil Snowden (who qb'd the 1960 Orange Bowl team) and Mike Williams- are very, very keen on this decision. Sterk could have floated that turd from arkansas to them and they rightfully threw a fit. Three isn't a quorum. Five would be.
