If he weren't an MU alum (and thus more likely to be loyal to the program) I would rate him even lower. You only hire someone without a winning track record if you think they're going to be an elite recruiter, an Odom always struck me as the poor recruiting type. That was my main concern when he was hired in 2015, even moreso than his lack of experience.
