Ryan Day, Dabo Swinney, Kirby Smart and Kyle Whittingham all had 0 HC experience before being hired. If OU slips in to the playoffs, then we can add Lincoln Riley to that.

edit: admittedly Day was an intermin coach for a few weeks, but that doesn't mean much.
