you be told that it isn't illegal? and I don't mean from me, I mean from the DoJ. they said any delay of foreign aid is a foreign policy issue NOT a matter of criminal law.
they also said there was nothing of value exchanged, promised, etc. And if there is nothing of value that eliminates campaign finance, bribery, and Hobbs.
