I'm not real sure where you're coming from here.
I have never actually said “fire Barry” to my recollection.
I haven't either nor have I said he should be retained at all costs no matter what b/c it takes [X] of years to build a program, even though given where we are this is not a quick turnaround situation. I think we're screwed short term no matter what happens at the end of the season.
We're in some areas that really shouldn't be that hard to decipher. I don't know why we can't make connections unless my focus in putting you in the sue-nami beaker crowd of firing him yesterday is a positive thing. You haven't addressed that.
If waiting until the end of the season to make this decision instead of firing him after the Vanderbilt game makes me a sunshine pumper, and blind supporter of' a lot of fvcked up stuff 'as you said, then I'll own that.
Help me out here. I've also lived through the coaching merry-go-round under Stull, Woody et al. That needs to be mentioned to give this thing some perspective IMHO.
