Sondland says he believes there was a quid pro quo and he believes others knew there was one. This excites the dems.
Sondland says he directly asked the president what he wanted, and Trump said he wanted nothing. He wanted Zelenski to do the right thing. This excites the Republicans.
Each side will fight about what each of these revelations mean. I tend to side with the direct words of the president rather than the feelings of Sondland. But I get why others will feel differently.
