This season is a waste and the smart thing to do would be to start Bazelak, since he would not lose his RS, and the experience would be invaluable going into next year.
That is what is best for the program.
Bryant justifiably lost his starting job. Either due to injury or performance... it doesn't really matter. When you are putting up no touchdowns for multiple games in a row, there is no way you deserve to start.
It is possible that Odom thinks Bryant still gives him the best chance of winning. Which, if that is the case, then Odom is an even worse recruiter and head coach than we thought.
Cause that would mean not a single QB on the roster is better than a broken down ineffective Kelly Bryant.
