Again, Arizona State recently fired a 7-5 coach who finished 2nd place in the Pac-12 South.
If you're the AD and you KNOW it was a mistake to hire the local high school coach to run an SEC program, which should have been obvious anyone with an IQ over 70, then you don't wait for it to play out over 4 years... you proactively fire him and find someone who's qualified.
