I agree consistency and relationship building is great for a program like ours. But What Odom is consistent at is under achieving and driving off fans and top talent he could recruit if he Won at a higher rate.

Odom has us stuck in a consistent state of below average performance. He has achieved as much as he capable of achieving. He must go
