Self singlehandedly made the decision not to play Mizzou in 2011; it was his decision and the rest of their AD fell in line behind him. He had to change his mind to allow the basketball series to be renewed. It wasn’t a coincidence that the decision about the football series would only be made afterwards.
You’d have to be an obvious kU apologist if you honestly think for one moment that who the kU football coach is has anything to do with any decisions made in the kU AD.
