I get what you're saying, but its easy to go back to support and donors after it all goes south, but the program has been on an upward climb until some expectations were inserted before the season and then the team choked in Wyoming. The donations and excitement would continue to grow if the team and coaches could actually win games they should win. Mizzou is always going to be behind in much of this, but despite the lack of passion etc Mizzou has outperformed many SEC teams. This season is on the coaches and players period. Coaches rolled out an unprepared team on the road in consecutive weeks after everything was on the table. Coaches could not adapt to what was being done to them in Nashville, and now the confidence is absolutely shot. The players haven't played hard, played undisciplined and stupid, and have embarrassed themselves to their fanbase and the rest of the conference.
