Every single MU conference game is televised on our own network, if it's not on ESPN or something similar.

That's the reality today in the Big XII where Texas gets what they want and the rest of you suffer. They're allowed to have their own network but nobody else is. And because of that, the best you could negotiate for Tier 3 rights is an online subscription based network.

You're either being disingenuous or you still don't fully understand just how dysfunctional the Big XII is.
