Is that the call transcript was doctored.
First, we know there is not a verbatim transcript and that this is in fact standard SOP. Instead there are people that listen in on the calls and take notes, along with IT software. From this the call log or transcript is produced
Second, the transcript is given to people that listened to the call for edits. Now per the Col not all of his suggested edits were included in final transcipt. For Dems this means the transcipt was doctored or changed. Reality does not match this talking point.
Apparently the Lt Col doesn't make the final call on what is included and deemed relevant. However, he still had avenues available to discuss his concerns,which he took advantage of.
End of the day the Lt Col doesn't like the President's policy
