I really believe the Rot is at the top....the whole Athletic dept. and Administration seem like a bunch of weak willed limp Noodles, who want to run the Athletic Dept. like a Church rec. league with Hugs and Kisses for the players worrying that the coaches might demand to much and hold them accountable.

I think Odom is a perfect Sterk Coach who isn't to hard on the players and everyone just seems to get along...Win's are secondary to Sterk.

If Odom wins 6 games he will never be fired..ever He fit's Sterks West coast SJW mind set to a T. I mean Sterk got all upset by the SC women coach tough arse demeanor and win first attitude.....how in the heck does anyone expect him to hire a Hard nose replacement for Odom?
