2). That is a whole lot of nothing, besides speculation. In all of that Taylor is the only person who mentioned Biden. He also confirmed that Ukraine had no clue about the aid being withheld until August 29th, therefore there is no way it could have been a quid pro quo. Also, it's interesting that he believes Ukraine owes the U.S. nothing, but we owe them the aid?
