We can start with J'Mon, who was clearly bitter with Mizzou's administration. How quickly some forget. The administration didn't give them everything they demanded. If they brought in someone not immediately accepted it could have turned out much differently.
What stipulations in the contract? I'm not familiar with contractual obligations which hamstring his ability to be effective as head coach. If there are, all the more reason to move on.
