Trump claimed it was changed JUST BEFORE SUBMITTAL OF THE FAKE WHISTLEBLOWER REPORT. That was false. The idea that the forms were changed just to facilitate this particular whistleblower is 100% made up and false.

And the fact that it's wrongdoing that was heard from another person doesn't matter one bit. It's been corroborated by the release of the call transcript.

Hearsay evidence is routinely used in police investigations as a place to start while they gather further evidence of an actual crime. If my wife tells me her coworker is embezzling money and I report that to the police and they find evidence that it occurred, does that mean the embezzlement didn't occur? No. Of course not.
