There was no threat, express or implied, in the transcript I read. Corruption should be investigated, both here and abroad, including the massive corruption of the Obama administration and in particular of Joe Biden and his son in Ukraine and Russia.
The aid was already put on hold a month before the phone call and not by Trump. The Ukraining president didn't knw about it at the time of the call.
Like Strzok texted about the Russia hoax, there is no there there.
