Basketball is a little different in that teams with big classes are usually ranked really high.
average recruiting ranking over the 4 classes that made up their title team
Virginia 58, but 3 are now in the NBA and 1-2 more like end up there.
North Carolina 27, 4 players made the NBA
Villanova first title 35, with 6 making the NBA
Villanova 2nd title 37 with 5 making the NBA

Having future NBA players is more important. Same info for most of the final 4 teams over that period.
