Sure, some will say that South Carolina's starting senior Quarterback was injured and that they were forced to play their freshman backup QB instead.
Some will say that we essentially had a bye week against SEMO while South Carolina was getting physically decimated by Alabama.
Some will say that, on top of all of that, the game was at home which further added to the long list of advantages we had.
But what they won't say is this: Odom proved that when all the stars align, he is capable of beating Will Muschamp... and that's something he deserves some credit for.
It reminds me of 'the little engine that could' and gives me hope that someday he will win a bowl game or, dare I dream... beat Kentucky.
