9. Notre Dame - Georgia played to not lose, unconcerned about margin of victory. Not as close as it might seem.

14. Washington State - Lose to winless team at home in epic fashion. One of the biggest collapses ever.

19. California - Bogus finish. It looked like a TD to me.
