Is in the NBA in a year. I’m just not ruling it out. It’s only been a couple years, but this staff has shown that they can develop players. Players like; Kash, Barnett, Geist and Mark Smith have all played much better with this staff.

To me Pinson’s development is probably 2nd most important on the team. Tilmon is still most important.
