Mueller didn't find 10 instances of obstruction, he found 10 instances of possible obstruction. Mueller also interviewed CL, and still failed to make a recommendation on obstruction. Mueller's decision not to indict didn't have anything to do with the OLC opinion, as he admitted by having to walk back his statement (that he flip flopped on about 6 times). Do you want to try again?
