The third quarter was a stalemate where frankly, WV improved substantially.
As I've said before, if WV hadn't committed three turnovers this game could have been very close - they were moving the ball.
Was WV playing badly because Neal Brown had just dismantled the #6 defense in the nation?
No, he's made it clear this was year one of a rebuild and I agree with that.
And it's not a rebuild because he's shot himself in the foot right out of the gate.
