That shouldn't be part of the hiring criteria.

It should be all about qualifications, experience, and track record.

Chase is a good QB, but he's completely unproven as a coach.

Can we please learn from the past, for once, and stop repeating the same mistakes?

Hire the best man for the job. It's that simple.
