I much rather target top (10) players from a state.

Those players are really good players and will stay and make a commitment to growing the program.

Miichigan St. gets their fair share of Top 100 players but they recruit players that will stay 2-3 yrs and build on the foundation they have built.

Cassius Winston was Big 10 POY and did not enter the draft!

He's being guided in the right direction!
