We have 4 OL committed the staff really likes and only if a 4* or a 5* wanted to come would we take a 5th OL.
Now if one decommits, then we are looking at a lower tier 3* as a replacement.
Now if one decommits, then we are looking at a lower tier 3* as a replacement.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
