Apparently they send an e-mail blast to the residents who signed up for the social media to be aware of crime in their community. See something, say something.

I have a feeling if they had to respond to Rastus laying in a pool of blood because an armed citizen feared for his or her safety, Ladue PD wouldn't be too broken up over it.
