Tennessee does have a lot going for it, but recency bias surely plays a part in where they are ranked. Our entire ranking is the last quarter of a century too. Your recency bias goes the other way, which is why it’s actually pretty fair imo. The sec schools haven’t seen you at your best and still have you ranked pretty high.
Arkansas is a good historical program with good facilities and support though, they will always be high on these lists.
